1. Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?
Most venues require your hired bar service to carry Liability Insurance. We carry this required liability insurance, up to 2 Million dollars in coverage. We can provide proof of our insurance upon request after you have booked ($50 COI charge), naming your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance (COI). We provide Liquor Liability & General Liability Insurance.
2. Are Your Bartenders & Servers ServSafe® / ABC / TIPS Certified?
Yes, our bartenders & servers are ABC, TIPS, ServSafe® or state equivalent certified. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.

5. What Does Your Bar Look Like?
Our 6ft Bar table with fitted linen is available. It includes dual drink stations equipped for one or two bartenders. Choose your linen color from black, white, or champagne, or if you have a special color request we can likely accommodate it.
6. Do You Offer a Suggested Alcohol Shopping List Calculator?
We will help you with the process of determining how much and what type of each of the Liquor, Wine, Beer & Champagne you will need for your event based on the amount of guests you are expecting.
7. Will My Bartender Arrive Early?
Staff arrives 60-90 minutes prior to your event start time for set-up, and that extra time is not part of the amount of hours of bartending service you request. For example, If you hire us to bartend your 5 hour event, we will show up 60-90 minutes early to set-up the bar, so we will be there for a total of 6/6.5 hours
8. Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?
We can provide all of the Ice, Cups, Mixers, Garnishes, Straws, Napkins Bar, etc, or you can provide them as needed. Will go over in consultation
9. What Exactly Will You Bring To My Event?
Regardless of what package you choose, we will always bring the following items to your event (unless you decide to provide them): Bar Tools including Wine Key, Bottle Openers, Spill Mats, Pour Spouts, Cocktail Shakers, Cutting Board & Knife, Ice Bucket & Scoop.
10. Can Your Bartenders Make Signature Cocktails at My Event?
Yes! We can also help you choose signature cocktails, or themed drinks for any event (such as a birthday, corporate or holiday party). Your bartender(s) will be prepared and knowledgeable on how to make them. We also provide a suggested shopping list for the liquor needed for the drinks, based on your guest count.
11. How Do I Pay the Deposit?
To secure your event date booking, we require a 30% deposit payment. The deposit can be made securely via Debit or Credit card through our online website, or Zelle, Cashapp or Apple Pay. The remaining 70% balance for service will be paid two week before your event. Dont forget to tip your bartender
12. What Factors Affect The Cost of Bartending Services?
The factors that affect the cost of our services include: Number of guests, number of hours you need our service, and what add-ons you select.
13. What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If your event is cancelled or postponed, all deposits and payments made to Mr. & Mrs. Mobile Events are non-refundable; however, they are transferable.
If you need to cancel or postpone your booked event for any reason, we will honor your deposit and/or payments as a store credit. This credit will remain on file for one (1) calendar year from your original event date. Your credit may be applied toward a rescheduled event or a new booking planned within that one-year period.
Refund Schedule
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to your event date:
You will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to your event date:
You will receive a 40% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your event date:
No refunds will be issued.
Please note that all refunds apply only to payments made beyond the required deposit. The deposit secures your event date and covers administrative and reservation costs.
14. Do You Provide Alcohol?
Mr. and Mrs. Mobile Events DOES NOT provide or offer alcohol packages. Client will be responsible for sourcing and providing all alcohol required for their event. Our certified and insured bartenders will serve the alcohol you provide as an “Open Bar”.
You can utilize a service such as Instacart or Total Wine and order and purchase the alcohol directly from their app and have it delivered to your event location or we can PICK UP
We will provide a shopping list of exactly the amount of each type of liquor, beer and wine we suggest you will need based on your guest count as well. By ordering through Instacart you will pay direct store pricing for your alcohol, instead of paying an inflated price from a caterer or liquor supplier. You can expect to spend roughly $8 per guest for mid level brand liquor, beer and wine.
